Womens Exercise Classes

Once you've dropped the kids off at school, come and join this casual exercise class every Tuesday morning in central Lower Hutt.

The class is designed for women of all fitness levels. We run through a warm up, exercise all muscle groups using light weights, get down onto the floor for core strengthening work and finish off with stretches.

Meet other women from the region, have a chat and exercise at the same time.
