Mums and Bubs Exercise Classes

PLEASE BOOK by 9am latest on the day of the session ring or text 021 251 4193

These exercises are designed so that they can be performed by mum with bubs or using weights for resistance. Sessions focus on functional workouts involving movements used in everyday life. Building endurance, regaining core strength and improving posture, flexibility and muscle tone with a combination of strength training, cardiovascular, abdominal exercises and stretching.

Bubs can also be used as extra resistance weight when performing the exercises. This way everyone participates. Toddlers are welcome to the class too!

Benefits for you – enhance emotional and physical wellness; increase energy levels; improve sleep; reduce body fat; strengthen pelvic floor muscles, increase muscle strength; increase mental performance (PND); set your fitness goals; receive nutrition advice and meet other mums.

Should bubs be unsettled during the session, it is fine to stop, taking a few minutes out of the session to feed, change or settle bubs.

If you are new to the classes, please arrive 5 mins before class begins to register.
Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing and anything you need for your wee one. There is plenty of room for strollers, bouncers or kids toys/bikes.

$10 per session or $90 for 10 sessions.
