Mums and Bubs Exercise Classes

I have found the Mums and Bubs Exercise classes a great way to tone up and lose weight after having a baby. Ragini’s exercises are easy to follow and she keeps me motivated. I like how she pushes each person individually to push themselves that little bit harder. The classes are social and good to have a laugh. Being able to take my baby makes exercising more convenient, and if you're anything like me, helps keep the excuses at bay! I would definitely recommend it to other mums.

I've thoroughly enjoyed Ragini's classes and if I could I would still attend. During the sessions we focused on the most important muscle groups which helped me built up much needed strength after labour and for the care of my daughter. I found it a great way to exercise and spend time with my daughter. The classes were hard work but still a lot of fun!

I just wanted to write and let you know how much I am enjoying the Mums and Bubs exercise classes. After having my baby I was weak and tired, but worse than that I had lost my figure, but I totally have my waist back now (and my husband is pleased too!). Home Training

The opportunity to have five personal training sessions with Ragini at Rags 2 Fitness was fantastic, even with the unscheduled break in the middle when I broke my arm. Ragini was professional, thorough, patient and knowledgeable; making all the workouts FUN and ACHIEVABLE!!!

Her greatest strength was her ability to inspire me to achieve what I thought I never could do in my wildest dreams. At 50 I am stronger physically than I thought possible. I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and intend to continue moving towards my fitness goals with Rags 2 Fitness.

Ragini has been my personal trainer since six weeks after the birth of my first child. She helped me to recover and to get my muscle tone back - even in my middle!

Ragini has been my trainer ever since and I have continued to train with her throughout my pregnancy with my second child (due soon). My weekly training sessions with Ragini have helped me to safely maintain my energy and strength over this time. As a result I feel confident about facing the physical rigours of the birth and those early weeks and months of newborn baby care.

Training sessions are varied so I don't get bored. On the odd occasion, the sessions has been interrupted by my toddler but we work around him so it's never a problem him being around. If need be, my toddler adds extra resistance to my workout when he needs my attention!

I enjoy my training sessions with Ragini - she's professional, skilled, friendly, and understanding - and I enjoy the results she is helping me to achieve in terms of my physical fitness and health. I would recommend her to anybody.

I am average size, but when I had a wedding date set, I knew I wanted to lose weight fast. I had no real goal, just to look good on my wedding day.

I am not a fan of gyms, so when I heard Rags “comes to me”, I knew she would be perfect for me. Being at home I wore what I wanted and one cold morning I even trained in my pyjamas!

I felt comfortable in Rags’ presence and she wasn’t there to judge - just to do her job. We did both cardio and weight training, sometimes both in one session – at the end of it, I felt good. The sessions were never boring and she changed the programme weekly for variety.

Rags advised me on eating plans – telling me what to eat and what not to eat... but in the end it was my choice to eat what I ate.

The end results were fantastic! I’ve never had so many complements in my life. I’ve managed to look and feel better thanks to Rags – in my own home and in my own time.

I have lost inches in three months, training four times a week and even managed an odd bag of chippies on the sly!!

I highly recommend Rags to anyone wanting to look and feel better about themselves.

I have been training with Rags at home twice a week for the last four months. From once being very fit and healthy, I have had an illness which has resulted in the weakness of muscles.

In the last four months since I have been working out with Rags I have been strengthening the core muscles which relate to the areas which are weaker. She has custom-made a strength training programme to suit me which is designed to work on the individual muscle groups which are the weakest. As a result I have seen an improvement in muscle strength in those particular areas.

I find that Rags is really enthusiastic and keeps pushing me along with constant encouragement, her moral support is an added bonus with the positive increase of my physical strength.

Corporate Wellness

I’m part of a workplace group that has been lucky enough to have Ragini taking an onsite exercise class. We are a small suburban primary school and we have the class after school in a corner of our library. So, no travelling needed!

We are a group of around six. One of the staff brings her teenage daughter and the mother of another teacher attends. So we have a very wide age range and Ragini caters for all our ability and fitness levels.

We are a chatty group and enjoyed sharing the events of our day as we exercise. It’s not a highly pressured class except for our competition to hold the ‘plank’ position!

Ragini sends us frequent email tips on aspects of health, nutrition and fitness. I really recommend her classes - fun, friendly, convenient and successful.
